Staff
The company culture in BH Consulting is one where all members of staff are
treated equally and with respect. We strive to maintain an open management
style with a flat management hierarchy where each member of staff is encouraged
to discuss any issues with management. We have numerous HR and ethics policies
in place ensuring that all members of staff are clear as to how they are
expected to behave and act in any given situation.
BH Consulting also promotes a healthy work
life balance and encourage staff to maintain a lifestyle that ensures they
maintain their personal well being.
Customers Relations
BH Consulting recognises that quality is important but that customers also won’t
pay a premium for it - nor is offering it unique. Commitment to delivery is key
- this is core to the relationship we build with our customers. BH Consulting
strive to ensure all projects meet or exceed clearly defined client
requirements, are delivered on time and within budget. To enable us achieve
this BH Consulting implement the following;

Each consultant is assigned a number of
customers for whom they are be responsible. Each consultant is trained in
client service and how to interact with clients in a courteous and
professional manner.

Additional contact points are made
available to the customer in the event that their consultant is
unavailable.

An email address is dedicated to customer
issues and is monitored on a 24x7 basis to ensure issues are responded to.

Clients will be treated to a professional
and courteous service at all times. In addition, a number of client events
and seminars are held regularly to ensure that regular communications are
maintained with our clients.

At the end of each project, clients are
asked to fill out a quality feedback form as to how they felt their project
was dealt and managed by BH Consulting.

Each project will be managed closely and
escalated to senior management whenever any of our quality controls are not
met. Senior management will then devise and implement recommendations on
how to ensure the project is brought back on track or that the issues are
clearly and concisely communicated to the client as early as possible.

All customer complaints will be dealt with
effectively, professionally and efficiently. All complaints will be
escalated to the Managing Director and a plan of action based on the nature
of the complaint will be put into action
Professionalism and Standards
BH Consulting expects each member of staff to conduct themselves in a
professional and courteous manner at all times. To this end all new staff
members undergo a strict induction course to ensure that they are aware of their
professional responsibilities as members of BH Consulting. A key selling
point for BH Consulting is the ability and expertise of our staff to deliver
projects to recognised industry, compliance and regulatory standards. With this
in mind, BH Consulting ensures that staff members are certified and/or
accredited in the relevant fields of expertise and actively supports staff with
membership of relevant professional bodies
Community
Programme
We at BH Consulting recognise that as a company we do not operate in a vacuum
but are part of a larger community. In recognition of this, BH Consulting has
put in place a community programme to enable BH Consulting to give something
back. Our community support programme is structured as follows;

At least 10% of the work carried out by BH
Consulting during any fiscal year will be Pro Bono work for registered
charities and educational establishments. All staff members are be expected
to partake in this programme.

BH Consulting has selected to support the
following worthwhile charities:

Focus Ireland
supporting the homeless throughout Ireland.
- The
Central Remedial Clinic, the national centre for the care, treatment and
development of children and adults with physical and multiple disabilities.
Both charities do sterling work in helping those less fortunate than
ourselves. BH Consulting will run a number of staff and customer events to
raise funds for these charities. If you have found any items on our
website to be of use to you we ask you to
make a donation to either of the above charities. No sum is too small and all is
put to excellent use.

time and within budget. This commitment to our clients is backed up by our
commitment to our staff and ensuring we can achieve the high standards we demand
of ourselves. To this end we constantly invest in our staff and ensure that all
our staff are trained and certified in the services that we offer. |
